Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to reservations and purchases of ESB boats, including the SunnyCat and EB 450 models.

Reservation Fee (ESB Boats Only)

A reservation fee of €300 is required to secure a booking for ESB boats (SunnyCat and EB 450). This fee confirms the reservation and is deducted from the final purchase price.

The reservation fee is non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase.

Cancellation of the reservation is allowed without additional charges only if it is made before the boat enters the production phase. However, even in this case, the reservation fee is not refunded.

Purchase Agreement (ESB Boats Only)

A binding purchase agreement is considered concluded once:

  • the reservation fee has been received, and
  • both parties have signed the purchase agreement.

At this point, both parties agree to the terms outlined in the contract.

Order Process (Amberlat Boats, Outboard Engines & Accessories)

Changes to ESB boat orders can be made only before production begins. Once changes are confirmed, a new agreement will replace the previous one.

For Amberlat boats, outboard engines, and accessories, changes can only be made prior to dispatch or processing of the order.

Payment Terms

For ESB boats, the final payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For Amberlat boats, outboard engines, and accessories, full payment is required at the time of order.

All payments are made in euros (€).

Warranty

Warranty coverage applies to products as follows:

  • Electric motors: 24 months
  • Batteries: 24 months
  • Boats: 5 years

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

For electric motors, the following underwater and impact-exposed components are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • propeller
  • propeller dome
  • rear dome
  • skeg

These parts are considered consumable or wear-prone components and are subject to operating conditions.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Any changes will take effect once published on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
